How do Returns work for UPS Canadian Shipments?

All UPS Canadian shipments are auto-returned to our Mississauga HQ if the item is undeliverable. Charges for the return will be billed to us from UPS and is determined by the shipment's weight, dimensions and return from address. Once we receive the invoice, we will charge the applicable fees to your Stallion Express account.  

*Important: UPS is not able to deliver to PO Boxes.
