My order is unfulfilled?
Once you purchase a label from your account with your store connected, the order should automatically be fulfilled in your store.
- If this does not happen for whatever reason, you can retry fulfillment by clicking on your shipment and on the right column in the shipment details, selecting "retry fulfillment".
- For the whole batched orders, go to the batch and click the Retry Fulfillment button on the upper right portion of the page.
