How do I make a claim?

Required Details:
  • Shipment ID - found on Shipments tab. Go to the specific order, this can be found on the upper right corner of the page.
  • Claim Type - choose if Lost or Damaged
  • Supporting Invoice - Commercial invoice from your store/selling platform containing recipient information and order details.
  • Package Contents
  • Parcel Value
  • Reason for Claim
