A batch label is a unique identifier that groups multiple shipments together under one label. When using Stallion Express, a batch label simplifies the management and processing of multiple packages, and when utilizing our third-party postage services.
Why You Need a Batch Label with Stallion Express:
- Streamlined Bulk Shipping:
- If you're shipping multiple packages at once, a batch label allows you to group them together, ensuring they are processed and handled as a single unit.
- Simplified Tracking:
- A batch label enables you to track all grouped shipments under a single tracking number. This consolidation makes it easier to monitor the status of your shipments, ensuring all packages are accounted for without the need to track each one separately.
- Compliance with Stallion Express Requirements:
- We require a batch label for all third party postage in order for the shipment to be processed.

How to obtain a batch label:
- Create your shipment manifest via New Shipment (single flow) or import from store/file.
- Select the shipment and click Batch to add it to a batch.
- Click Close Batch and Download Batch label.
