Required Details:
- Shipment ID - found on Shipments tab. Go to the specific order, this can be found on the upper right corner of the page.
- Claim Type - choose if Lost or Damaged
- Supporting Invoice - Commercial invoice from your store/selling platform containing recipient information and order details.

- Reason for Claim
