Our pickup service and fees are applied on a case-by-case basis, depending on the distance, frequency, and shipping volume.

Please note a minimum shipment volume of 1000+ monthly is required to be considered for our package pickup services.
We also offer the option to book a direct pickup with UPS through your Stallion account under the 'Pickup' section. For more information, please refer to this

We strongly recommend using UPS, booked through your Stallion Express account, when shipping packages to our branches. Using other carriers may lead to shipments being dropped off outside of operating hours which can lead to missed deliveries and liability issues. Stallion Express assumes no liability for shipments in these circumstances.
Return Shipments:
For Stallion Express users who are distant from our branches or do not have a Stallion location in their province, we offer the option to consolidate return shipments at the nearest Stallion branch. Consolidation fees vary based on factors like the number of shipments, weight, and packaging requirements. For detailed pricing, please contact our customer service team.
