Required Details:
  1. Shipment ID - found on Shipments tab. Go to the specific order, this can be found on the upper right corner of the page.
  2. Claim Type - choose if Lost or Damaged
  3. Supporting Invoice - Commercial invoice from your store/selling platform containing recipient information and order details.
  4. Package Contents
  5. Parcel Value
  6. Reason for Claim
