I made a mistake on my generated label. Can I be refunded?

You can void the shipment from your account. From the Shipments tab, select the order/s and click Other > Request Void.

Once voided, the status will change to "Void Requested." The credits used will be automatically refunded to your account within 14 days.

Important:

  • We can only void labels up to 21 days from the label creation date. After 21 days in ‘Ready to Ship’ status, the postage will automatically expire. When that happens, a refund is no longer an option.

  • Please note that (Non-Tracked) USPS First Class Mail cannot be voided after purchasing.
