How does this service work?
Previously USPS Economy 

Shipments using UPS Economy will be dropped off at a Stallion Express facility, where they will be processed by UPS for the majority of the journey. For final-mile delivery, the package will be handed over to USPS, ensuring it reaches the recipient.

How long will delivery take?

  • 3 to 6 business days, depending on the destination state.

Is this service fully tracked?
Yes, tracking will be available on the UPS website from the drop-off at our facility until the package is delivered. USPS will scan the shipment at the nearest hub for final-mile delivery.

What are the dimensions, weight, and package limitations?

  • We can ship packages up to 10 lbs and 27x17x17 in (L + W + H).
  • Special package types (e.g., tubes or tube-like items) are now accepted. Tubes and similar-shaped items now qualify for this service.

Will there be taxes and duties involved?

  • No taxes and duties will be involved—maximum value limit of $800 USD per package.

Can I use UPS packaging for this service?

  • No. UPS-branded envelopes/boxes can only be used for specific UPS services. You may use your own box or envelope packaging instead and declare the package type as Parcel or Thick Envelope.

What is the process if I use this service and have a return?

  • The return service for this postage option is currently unavailable.

Why do you require thermal labels?
Thermal labels are mandatory for this service to ensure that the shipment can be processed without delays or errors from the carrier.

Can I use this service for FBA shipments?

  • No, your Amazon Seller account generates the UPS labels for FBA shipments.

Will I get UPS insurance coverage?

  • There is no UPS insurance coverage for this service. However, you can purchase Stallion Protection from us to safeguard your shipment while in transit.
