What do I do if I get an error?

If you encounter an error while creating a shipment, the error message may provide details about the issue. However, if the error persists or seems like a bug, please contact our customer service team at hello@stallionexpress.ca.

To help us assist you better, take a screenshot of any error messages you receive.

If you have already dropped off a shipment at one of our facilities and there is an error, you will be notified. Please note that if the shipment is not collected within 14 days, it will be disposed of.
