Stallion Protection Terms & Conditions

Stallion Protection Terms and Conditions:

  1. The first $100 CAD costs $0.39 for US and Canadian shipping services. For International shipping services, the first $100 CAD costs $0.99.
  2. Every subsequent $100 CAD costs $1.49 for US, Canadian, and International shipping services.
  3. A maximum of $300 CAD can be protected under Stallion Protection.
  4. Stallion Protection is applicable only to shipments with postage from Stallion Express. This does not apply to third-party or non-tracked postage. Shipments must be received by Stallion Express to be eligible, evidenced by a 'Received' scan on your tracking updates.
  5. Claims for loss or damage can be filed immediately.
  6. Shipments are eligible for an approved loss claim if there is no movement for:
    • 14 days from the last scan or tracking update for US and Canadian shipments.
    • 21 days from the last scan or tracking update for international shipments.
  7. Shipments with "Delivered" scans from carriers, or unclaimed parcels needing to meet customs requirements, do not qualify for a loss claim and will not be covered. Some exceptions apply.
  8. Stallion Protection covers only the postage cost and item subtotal. Shipping costs and applicable taxes from the sale are not eligible for a refund. If the declared value is lower than the invoice, only the declared value will be refunded. Shippers are responsible for declaring the correct value for all shipments.
  9. In case of providing an inaccurate shipping address by you or your buyer, the opportunity to submit a claim regarding this issue will be forfeited.
  10. Approved claims will be refunded as credits to your account within up to 7 business days.
  11. You are responsible for adequately packaging your shipments to prevent damage during shipping. Using bubble wrap is highly recommended. Poorly packaged shipments may not qualify for a damage claim.
  12. Damage solely to the outside packaging of a shipment does not qualify for a Damage Claim.
  13. To assess a Damage Claim accurately, we require photos of the product damage, showing the full size separate from the packaging, and photos of the outside packaging. Proof of a refund or replacement issued first to the recipient is also needed, especially for shipments received with empty contents.
  14. A commercial invoice is necessary to file a claim; this invoice must include the customer's name, address, and contact information, a unique identification number (e.g., order ID), a clear description of the charged items, and the supply date.
  15. Required documents must be submitted within 30 days of filing a claim; otherwise, the claim will be closed. All claims must be filed within 1 year of the ship date. No claims will be entertained after this period.
    • For any shipment marked delivered whereas the recipient claims they didn't receive the package, we must first confirm the delivery with the carrier. If the carrier cannot guarantee the delivery, we may allow an exception for a lost shipment.
